Customer Services & Sales Support – Wildlife Technology

About the Role
This position is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for learning. If you’re eager to develop customer service and sales experience—especially in a company that makes a difference—this could be the role for you.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Providing product information, troubleshooting, and recommendations.
- Processing orders and preparing quotes.
- Coordinating with our team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Learning about our wildlife technology products and sharing that knowledge with customers
Who You Are:
- A Natural Communicator – You can adjust your approach whether speaking to a farmer, a government agency, or a corporate buyer.
- A Problem-Solver – You’re quick to learn new products and systems, making sure customers get the right solutions.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – You know that smooth order processing and customer support depend on keeping track of the details.
- A Learner – You don’t need to be an expert in wildlife technology yet, but you’re ready to dive in and learn.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred (frontline, retail, or office-based).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn invoicing & sales software.
- Interest in or experience with wildlife, agriculture, or environmental industries is a plus

Margo Supplies is a worldwide leader in wildlife technology. We design, manufacture, and distribute environmental tools that solve human-wildlife conflict. This position can be based out of either our Calgary admin and R&D office or our High River AB headquarters.
We may wear t-shirts to work but we take our business seriously. Our company is in a new growth push in smart technology and international expansion. Although we don’t rest on our laurels we have led the industry for the last 44 years. We have a strong wildlife conservation mandate and our work directly saves wildlife.

Rate: $20 – $22.50/hr
