Margo Supplies uses a Return Merchandise Authorization system for all returns (including repairs).

Return Conditions:

We can accept unopen/unused merchandise purchased from the Margo Supplies website in its original packaging for a refund of the product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You have 30 days from the ship date to return your goods.

If your product has received damage due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.

All returns not subject to damage or manufacturer defects are required to incur a re-stocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from the total refund once the product is received and processed.

Please allow 5-20 days for your return to process. Returns are credited to the same card used to make your purchase.

We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know the funds are on the way.

If a return is received after 30 days or does not otherwise meet the requirements of our return policy, it will be returned to the return address listed on the package.

Margo Supplies reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
