The Insulator Tubing 50′ Coil is a 50-foot roll of UV-stabilized polyethylene tubing. Pre-cut insulators often fail to fit the oversized or non-standard corner posts used in professional wildlife and agricultural fencing. This bulk format allows you to cut exact lengths for any post diameter or brace configuration.

The Insulator Tubing creates a durable barrier between high-tensile wire and wood posts. It prevents the wire from cutting into the post and stops electrical current from leaking into the ground. This ensures your energizer maintains high voltage across the entire perimeter. Because it is a continuous roll, you can eliminate waste by using only the specific amount of material each corner requires.

🛠 IMPORTANT Installation Tip

Use a sharp utility knife to cut the insulator tubing to a length that allows for a 1-inch overlap on the wire beyond the post. This prevents the wire from shifting and touching the wood directly.

We recommend using a Wrap-Around Pinlock inside the tube where the wire makes the sharpest turn. High-tensile wire under extreme tension can eventually pinch through plastic. The Wrap-Around Pinlock adds a secondary wear layer to prevent this failure.
