Margo Supplies uses a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system for all returns, including repairs.
To begin the process, please call our team at 888-652-1199 to obtain an RMA number. Returns received without an RMA number may not be accepted.
We are happy to accept returns for new, unused, and unopened merchandise in its original packaging.

You have 30 days from the original ship date to initiate a return.

Merchandise must be in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging and components.

Restocking Fee: All returns, except those for damaged or defective items, are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payment: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Any return received after the 30-day window, or one that does not otherwise meet the requirements of our policy (e.g., items are used, open, or missing original packaging), will not be eligible for a refund. The item may be returned to the shipping address listed on the package at your expense.
